Are your lashes cruelty-free? Yes, our lashes are vegan and cruelty-free.
How many uses can I get out of one pair? With proper care, our strip lashes are reusable up to 5-10 times.
Why do my lashes look slightly different than how it is pictured on the website? Our lashes are handmade, so they may slightly differ in detail from time to time.
How long does it take to process & ship my order? Orders will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding major holidays. Orders shipped using USPS First-Class Mail shipping may take up to 7-8 business days to be delivered, depending on the location. USPS Priority-Mail shipping may take 1-3 business days.
How do I cancel my order? Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it is placed. Once an order is in the shipping process it cannot be cancelled and/or modified.
Where is my tracking number? Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your order. If you did not receive one, please contact us and provide your Name and Order Number.
Do you offer international shipping? We do not ship internationally or to third-party freight forwarders. Any orders will be cancelled immediately.
What is the policy on returning items? If you are not happy with your order, don't worry - you can return the product(s) for a refund by starting a Return Request if you have an account with us. If you do not, please contact us with your Name & Order Number and list the items you would like to return. All return items must be in its original packaging unused, unopened, and must be returned within 14 business days from delivery date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds may take 10 days to appear back in your account. In most cases, it will refund sooner.
