PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are 100% cruelty-free.

How many uses can I get out of one pair?
With proper care, you can expect to get up to 15 uses for our Faux Mink lashes and 5 uses for our Daily lashes.

How do I clean my lashes?

You can clean your lashes by gently wiping the adhesive off from the lash band after every use. Store in a clean lash tray or case.

Why do my lashes look slightly different than how it is pictured on the website?

Every pair of lashes we make are unique! Our lashes are meticulously handmade, meaning one pair of lashes may not look exactly 100% as another pair.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to process & ship my order?
Orders will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. Excluding major holidays.

When will my order come?
Orders shipped using USPS First-Class Mail shipping may take up to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on your location. USPS Priority-Mail shipping may take 1-3 business days. You may experience delay if there is a delivery issue. If that is the case, please directly contact the shipping carrier.

How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it is placed. Our order fulfillment is designed to efficiently process, pack, and ship orders promptly. Once an order has been in the packing/shipping process it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your order. If you did not receive one, please contact us and provide your Name and Order Number.

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not offer international shipping as of now.

Do you ship to freight-forwarding service locations?

No, we do not ship to third-party freight forwarders. Any orders will be cancelled immediately.

Can I get a Signature Confirmation for my package?

Yes, we offer Signature Confirmation for additional cost under the 'Shipping Method' tab at Check Out. Orders over $150 will require signature upon delivery to ensure your package gets to you safely.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the policy on returning items?
If you are not happy with your order, worry not - you can return the product(s) for a refund by starting a Return Request if you have an account with us. If you do not, please contact us with your Name & Order Number and list the items you would like to return. All return items must be in its original packaging unused & unopened. Must be returned within 15 business days from delivery date. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

What is the policy on exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges on any products.

What if I am not happy with my order?

REFUNDS

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds may take 10+ days to appear back in your account. Most cases, it will refund sooner.

It's been more than 10 days and I still haven't received anything. What can I do?

It should not take longer than that to receive a refund, we recommend directly contacting your bank for status and assistance.
